In situ mantle cell neoplasm(ISMCN)

リンパ濾胞のmantle zoneに、IGH::CCND1 配列を持つ B 細胞がコロニーを形成したもので、サイクリン D1が過剰発現する, まれな疾患.

ISMCNは通常、リンパ節で偶然発見され、マントル細胞リンパ腫(MCL)に進行することは稀(10%未満)である.*1
